Circuit City is a company which did not do what they required to meet market requirements or adapt to constant changes. That said, Best Buy has their own set of challenges. They modified their strategy a while back and it appears to be backfiring on them. What would you do differently?
What occurs to companies who enter markets without doing their due diligence with respect to language, culture, and religion? Other than McDonalds, do you have any suitable examples of companies who have done poor job at this and failed?
