Question: The purpose of this task is to assist in communicating with individuals and teams to resolve conflict. Refer to the information you have interpreted from the Plan2go Teams' Progress updates; the Plan2go Dispute Resolution Policy and Plan2go Process Diagram compose an email using the email template responding to one (1) project team member who has reported conflict to you. The email must: Recap the reported conflict to confirm your understanding Provide advice for prompt resolution of the conflict Detail the process, if the above advice is not taken or may not be successful and suggest two (2) alternative strategies. Potential issues: Scheduling and Budget blowout due to Anton's un realistic plan. Suggested improvements: If we could have worked with the designer earlier there would have been less confusion.
