For this assignment, you will be creating a plan for communicating the new technology adoption to the employees of the organization.
Within your communication plan you will need to:
1. Identify the sender, channel and receiver of the message.
2. Create the message (include all details necessary for the employees to fully understand the rationale for the adoption of the new technology, the learning plan, and the evaluation plan).
3. Describe in detail how the message will be delivered.
4. Describe in detail any follow-up communication that will occur after the initial message is delivered and how exactly this will be done.
5. Include any tools, techniques, visuals, and/or presentation materials that will be used in the delivery of the message(s).
