This is the database that is used to collect the data for the DOH, each department audits its information quarterly, and we receive monthly reports that need addressing as far as consent updates, etc. This is a form of supervision that is used by our administration that allows for a cohesive flow of confidential data collection, the program can be altered to allow access only to the departments that need it, so we can utilize the section for our program but cannot access confidential information of another department.
