Critical Reflection assignments
Complete a 2-3 page critical review (double-spaced) on your observations of the material for the class during the lesson week. You may comment on some aspect of the readings that you found interesting, or puzzling, something in your own experience that relates to the material.
Criteria for grading written papers include:
1. Depth of demonstrated learning;
2. Number, strength, and accurate use of references to relevant literature;
3. Abilities to integrate accurately and deeply theories and ideas from course discussions and readings;
4. Clarity, quality, and organization of writing and analysis; and quality and quantity of learning about your own approach(es) to change management
