Choose two sports, one that you have a positive attitude toward and one that you have a negative attitude toward. For each sport, develop a list for the components of your attitude, including the following:
- Behavioral component (i.e., your previous experiences of the sport)
- Affective component (i.e., your feelings about the sport)
- Cognitive component (i.e., your beliefs about the sport) Compare the lists for the two sports. What did this exercise tell you about your attitude
