1.Choose 2 enterprises(businesses, corporations, companies, institutions) from one or more economic, organizational, institutional or industrial sector of interest to you. See the Appendix for suggestions and examples.
2.Suggestion: Beconcretein your choices, e.g., Wal-Mart, American Express, GE,Toyota, Uncle Ralph's Deli & Grill, MTA, Amtrak,York College, New York University, NYC Board of Education, CUNY,Universityof California,American Museumof Natural History, National Gallery of Japan, Omni Airlines, etc.
3.Design an Relational Model(RM) model of a database (DB) that will be useful for each of the chosen enterprises. (Hint: You may choose to translate the 2 ER model designs you created in Project 1).
4.The following aspects are required and should be captured in the project
a.There should be at least20 - 30 relational schemas covering Entitiesin the associated ER design for each enterprise dB.b.There should be at least20 - 30 relational schemas covering (entity-to-entity)Relationships in the associated ER design, for each enterprise.c.Implement the 2 enterprise relational DBs using either MySQL or SQLited. Populate the two DB with relational tables for all the relational schemas involved, with each table having at least5 - 10entries (tuples, records).
