Locate a case decision--federal or state court--where an employer was found NOT GUILTY of violating one of our chief laws ( EEO, ADA, EPA, ADEA, etc- -).
Give us the case citation, briefly summarize the case and explain why the employer was found not to have violated an employment discrimination law
Topic 2:
Check out the civil rights board, commission, etc that operates in your own state, county or city. [you may have to nose around a bit as they use different names--but each operates as kind of a "min-EEOC."]
Tell us something about its composition and the types of cases it handles.
