Change an web Admin panel into multilingual admin panel

Hello, We have already built a admin panel where only English is the presently supported language. Now we want to make that admin panel to have Arabic support also. We have the code ready for this. It's having almost 40 pages. Please bid with your past experience in multilingual works in asp.net 4.0. bits with out of the context reference links may be ignores. Bids without any past work can also be ignored. So bid only with references of work in same context
