Q1. The assignment for this week explores mindfulness as a strategy for managing stress in our lives. For this assignment you will need a RAISIN or piece of dried fruit of some kind. Once you have your raisin, open your mind and follow the video guide.

1) How can this “practice” of mindfulness connect to managing stress in your life?
2) Look back at the Wellness wheel and identify a dimension that you would like to modify in some way (do more or less of).
