GENERAL:

This assessment instruction document consists of three sections - Assessment Overview, Assessment Instructions and Submission Instructions. Please read through all sections before commencing work.

Portfolio of your course material

Assessment - Portfolio

As you work through the requirements of the roles of executive administrator, HR administrator, financial administrator and design administrator you are to create a portfolio of documents. All are to be produced in accordance with the Mahutonga Regional Council (MRC) style guide, policies and procedures document, located in the Course Overview section of this course in a separate file.

PART A: EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR
Executive Report Template
MRC requires a new template to be created for managers to use when constructing executive reports. You have been tasked with creating this. Construct the template including the appropriate sections and headings including a brief summary for users as to what should be contained in each section.

PART B: HR ADMINISTRATOR
Presentation
You have been asked to put together a PowerPoint presentation outlining the potential rights and responsibilities of MRC workers with regards to health and safety in the workplace.

Your presentation must be in line with the MRC style guide, policies and procedures document and include facilitator scripts in the notes section.

Procedure
Outline key points that would be included in a procedure specifically addressing the use and security of IT systems at MRC. The procedure must be professionally presented in- line with the MRC style guide, policies and procedures document.

PART C: FINANCIAL ADMINSTRATOR
Financial Reporting
You have been supplied the following instructions to create a report and charts in Excel using the supplied Dog Control Statistics Excel Assessment file (downloadable from the assessment section of your course) for the Mahutonga Regional Council. Your data must be professionally presented (you can do this on separate worksheets within a workbook if you prefer). You must provide an Executive Summary outlining the key findings in a Word document.

PART D: DESIGN ADMINISTRATOR
Staff Newsletter Template
You have been requested to design a MRC newsletter template. The template must be easy to use, double- sided A4 and feature images on both sides. It must comply with the MRC Style Guide, Processes and Procedures in be produced in a user-friendly format which includes distinct designated areas for text and images.
