For this assignment, you will provide a social psychological analysis of a personal event (or current or historical event that you are interested in) utilizing two ofthe three frameworks in sociological social psychology: symbolic interactionism, social structure and personality, and group processes. You are free to choose any event as long as it is amenable to a social psychological analysis.You will specifically be asked to provide a research application of the event from each perspective that includes: 1) a theoretical framing of the event, and 2) a methodological approach for how you would study the event.
