One thing I'd like to see more in the mainstream fitness industry is the focus on heart health, as heart disease is the leading cause of death for most racial and ethnic groups in the US (per CDC).
There are many avenues of mitigation of these risks - exercise, diet, etc. Do you or your family have a history of heart disease? What ways do you (or plan to) take care of your heart?
