I'm sure many of us have enjoyed the "Dawinian Awards" where stupid people do stupid things and end up hurting themselves (or worse). Seriously though, we need to look at this from a quality perspective
1. What items that you purchase really need a warranty and why? Pick a couple.
2. What items can be the subject of a Dawinian Award for product misue? (Using a butter knife as a flat head screw driver to fix some electrical wiring comes to mind).
3. Finally, look at McD's Menu? Should people be able to sue McD's for a lack of healthy food?
