Problem:
Mr Cervaux is a contractor of ceramic tiles. Mrs Ghopul is decorating her residence at Floreal and in December 2006 contacts Mr Cervaux. Mr Cervaux, by a telephonic conversation, offers to sell ceramic tiles of lilac colour and registration number X15 for the price of Rs100 per tiles. He further states that the tiles in question would have to be ordered and would only are accessible on the 20 March 2009 and that he needed a confirmation to his offer by the 29 January 2009. Mrs Ghopul, has, by letter dated 10 January 2009, agreed on the description of the tiles but wants a discount on the price. She further states that she can’t wait till the 20 March 2009 as she would like her residence to be refurbished earlier as she is throwing a birthday party on that date for her daughter. Mr Cervaux writes a letter dated 30 January 2009 and informs Mrs Ghopul that his offer is not valid anymore. Mrs Ghopul wants to sue Mr Cervaux for breach of contract. Mrs Ghopul is a married woman of seventeen years old.
