MKD Transportation owns and handles a fleet of container ships and tankers that transport goods around the world. Company executives have just been contacted by the media with the credible report that one of their ships is leaking a greasy substance off the coast of Belize. If true, some of world's most beautiful coral reefs could be in risk. On the other hand, the captain of the ship in question hasn’t notified the company of any problem, and cleanup could be extremely costly. Environmental groups and government of Belize have demanded that the company confess responsibility and immediately begin cleanup.

2. If MKD adopts the obstructionist stance, how will company respond to this report?
