The GTE Corporation, the ISP, provided a high-speed connection and storage space on its server so that the content of website could be accesses. The nude images passes over the GTE’s network between Franco Productions and its customers. The football players sued Franco Productions and GTE for the monetary damages. Franco Productions defaulted when it couldn’t be situated.
