Carley visited Yetzer's music store and looked at several of Yetzer's guitars. Later, after leaving the store, Carley called Milligan. During the phone conversation,Carley told Milligan that he would like to buy the electric guitar that Yetzer had on display in his shop window. Later, Milligan told Yetzer that Carley wanted to buy the guitar in Yetzer's display window. Yetzer called Carley and told him that they had a deal.
