Report Writing: Capture and highlight the key areas of each scenario. 1. This morning, I was contacted by Mr. John relating to his meeting with Joann, his physiotherapist. John mentioned that he is still having pain in his lower back, and he wants to change his physiotherapist because she is not doing a good job. 2. Mary has been married to Mike for 11 years. For the past 7 years, they have been trying to have a baby, but no luck. Mary and Mike visited several doctors who said there is nothing wrong with them. Mary is about to celebrate her 40th birthday and feels there is no chance left for her to become a mother. 3. Linda Smith was a past client who is currently experiencing an eviction from her basement apartment. Linda explains to me that she does not owe any rent, and she said that she would always give the landlord's son the money. Linda and her 4-year-old daughter have been locked out of their apartment. 4. Sally, a 5th grader, mentioned that her parents were not happy with her because of her grade. She mentions to me that she can not see well in class. She is worried. 5. Donna and Sara have been best friends for 6 years. Donna now has a boyfriend and spends a lot more time with her boyfriend. Sara thinks that Donna is not a good friend and decided to stop communicating with her; Sarah hates her for what she did. 6. Melissa, a 74-year-old senior, finds it difficult taking baths in her apartment, so he refuses to have baths, but also complains that she is having lots of sores on her body. 7. Samantha is planning her wedding for June 15th, 2024, but still thinks that she would not be able to have her in-law's attention. She loves her expected husband but can not decide if she should continue with the marriage plans. 8. Debbie is a 300lb Somalian girl, she is only seventeen, she went to the gym, stopped eating meat, went on a diet but still she was not losing weight, she was very depressed. 9. Linda has difficulty expressing herself in large group discussions. She said that she is not smart and beautiful like the other girls, and that is why she can't talk sometimes.
