o Customs Depot Licensing Charges Amendment Act
Trade Practices Act
Warsaw Convention
World Trade Organization determinations
Information can be provided in a summary or in a bulleted list format, and should not exceed one page per piece of legislation examined.
Procedure:
You are required to:
1. Review each piece of legislation.
2. Answer the following questions for each piece of legislation:
a. Who created the law (which authority)?
b. What is the full name of the law, and where can the most current version be accessed?
c. What is the general intent or purpose of the legislation?
d. What sections are specifically relevant to engaging in international business opportunities?
e. What are the implications of these sections for international business opportunities?
3. Present written answers to each of the questions above in a single document.
