1. Please think of a position and propose a strategy to best motivate the employee. For example, you could say that a commission pay structure is the best way to motivate a Real Estate Broker and state why.
2. Can you think of a recent example how Congress used the Commerce Clause to regulate something that seemed outside of their control? What has to be shown in order for Congress to be able to rely on the Commerce Clause to regulate something?
3. Do you believe that the different functions of law are all equally important? Or are one or some more so than others? Why or why not?
