Think about a business problem and related decisions from your work describe it from the perspective of the employee and avoid the pull to perceive this problem from the employees point of view.
Now think of the incremental costs and benefits resulting from the situation at work. Can you identify and sunk costs creeping into the costs? Have you accounted for all the implicit and explicit costs? Can you consider how might quantity the benefits! And also from an organizational persepective can you identify the decision maker and the incentives that would influence the decision
