Fred is the director of a Federal program. He manages the districts out of several cities including Houston. He made several site visits last year, including one in December. He must file paperwork for travel to be reimbursed, but sadly, he did not keep good records and now he has to recreate his travel schedule to try to get duplicate receipts. He needs help to recreate the travel sequence to find the people who will have copies of his travel documents. Can you figure out where he was, with whom and when?
