Problem
The Proverbial perspective causes us to reflect upon our personal ethics and morals, our decisions and actions, as well as our attitudes. At the end of the day or at the end of our careers, can we reflect on what has taken place and feel for certain that we have left a noteworthy legacy? For those leaders who leave carnage in their wake, who lack interpersonal skills and fail to develop their teams, and who seek personal gain rather than the gain of stakeholders, their legacy equates the stench of a rotting name.
