Can thinking intuitively be taught

Problem: Some decisions we make are based on intuition and end up being bad decisions. Why should someone consider relying only on intuition to make a decision?

At what level/stage in one's career should there be a switch to intuition?

Can thinking intuitively be taught?

If we think intuitively because of speed, is there a limit as to how fast a decision can be made. What are the consequences of making decisions quickly? What kind of message does it send to the organization if there is constant changing in the decisions that drive the business? Do you think this is preferred or frowned upon by the leadership of the firm?

What other best practices do think could be deployed that both foster intuitive thinking and minimize risk?
