Problem
A law enforcement officer's conduct on and off duty can become the subject of scrutiny in a court case as the defense counsel attempts to attack the person's testimony. Seemingly unrelated personal revelations can become very damaging and embarrassing when raised in the courtroom. Say for example a person is caught cheating on their taxes and the defense uses this to attack the witness's truthfulness. Think of and talk about "off-duty" activities that could be used to attack a police officer's credibility.
