1. Can a particular strategic intent be too ambitious? Will quantitative methods help you in this determination? What are the limitations?
2. Develop a list of questions suitable for an interview with a person engaged in some type of business activity. A good interview begins with good questions from the interviewer. Include 4-5 questions you can ask plus why you feel that these questions are interesting and appropriate for the specific interview.
3. Draft a proposed dispute resolution agreement for insertion into a prime or subcontract agreement. Make clear in document whether you “work for” owner, general contractor or subcontractor.
