(b) Calculate the same quantities you did in part a for a pnp transistor in which the magnitudes of the doping levels in the emitter, base, and collector are identical to those in the npn device. Assume pe = 2.5 ph.
(c) Comment on the relative speed of npn and pnp bipolar junction transistors. Consider both turn-on and turn-off transients.
