Carlos has been working at Cetarsa SA for 10 full years (after 02.12.2012), as an administrative assistant, contribution group 7. He is a personnel representative from his work center. On March 31 of this year, he was fired, alleging the businessman "serious verbal offenses against his office manager." His monthly salary is:

Basic salary: €950
Antiquity: €150
Agreement plus: €100
You are entitled to 2 extra base salary bonuses that you receive prorated every month.
Personal income tax withholding is 10%.

On May 15, in the preliminary conciliation act (judicial seat) his employer recognized the unfairness of the dismissal.

Task

1. Calculate the payroll for the days worked in the month of March.

2. Calculate the amount that corresponds to Carlos for unused vacations as well as the deductions that take place, knowing that so far in 2020 he has not enjoyed any day.

3. Calculate the compensation to which you will be entitled for having recognized your employer that the dismissal is unfair.

4. Would Carlos have the right to receive processing wages? How many days would it be? If he opted for the termination of his contract, would he also be entitled to them?
