- All h+k+l≠2n reflections in I222 spacegroup

Question 4. Calculate the separation between two spots corresponding to hkl values 20,10,10 and 21,10,10 with a,b,c axes being 500Angstrom (A) , 350A and 400A respectively in a detector placed 100nm away from the crystal . Assume the crsytal belongs to P222 spacegroup.

Question 5. For a crystal mounted such a way that only h00 reflections can only be observed, five spots were found to lie in a straight line in the detector at 54.6, 60.91, 67.51, 74.46and 81.81mm away from the center. The detector was placed at 150mm from the crsytal and the source was a home source with cu kα (1.5418Angstrom) rotating anode. Calculate the a axes of the crystal latticee.
