Calculate how you will set up the Hill Reaction:
You have nine cuvettes that each have 500 ul of reaction buffer (20mM Tris-HCI pH7.5, 10mM NH.CI and 0.13M sucrose). To one set of three cuvettes, add enough glyphosate to reach a final concentration of 5 Mg/mL. To a second set of three cuvettes, add atrazine to a final concentration of 5 g/mL. The third set of three cuvettes is your control and gets no added herbicide. Add enough water to each so that the final volume is 895 uL.
