Bilateral comparison is on the print-out (deficit column is % deficit): talk about if and why one right and left side shown in blue and red respectively are different from one another in strength for both quadriceps and hamstrings. If not, indicate that as well.
Calculate hamstrings-to-quadriceps ratio by dividing hamstring peak torque by quadriceps peak torque for both right and left leg for 5 different speeds as listed on the table on page 7 files
Paragraph interpretations including: Bilateral comparison : discuss if and why right and left side shown in blue and red respectively are different from one another in strength for both quadriceps and hamstrings. If not, indicate that as well.
Ham/Quad ratio: after seeing the data from the table you filled out, assess and discuss if hamstrings or quadriceps are stronger on this data and potential cause(s) for it and if this phenomenon varies based on the velocity.
