You are performing an experiment to determine the generation time of E. coli where for the turbidity method, you obtained a GT of 39.2 (microplate reader) and 29.8 (Spec 20) at 37°C. For 30^oC the GT was 56.1 (microplate reader) and 48.6 (Spec 20). For the viable counts method the GT was 41.1 at 37^oC and 56.1 at 30^oC.

Compare the calculate GT with expected GT for both temp and compare turbidity vs viable count method. Account for any discrepancies seen between observed and expected GT values and why it happened. (Compare values to literature)
