Business ethics defines the value system of how you operate in the marketplace and within your business. We sometimes have seen some ethical dilemmas that are not clear-cut in business. In fact, there may not even be a "right" or "wrong" answer to the dilemma, but how you deal with it will say much about you and your business. These decisions are often referred to as being in the "gray" area. They are not black-or-white, but could be argued appropriately either way.
