The question is: The team will write about their individual life experiences. The focus of the writing will be on the prejudices and stereotypes that each members possesses. We will explain where we learned such beliefs,either from family or from our community.
We will tie together each member's experiences as a group to show that although we are diverse we are very similar. We will discuss the difficulties of practicing our beliefs in a corporate environment. We will also discuss how ethnocentric values hinder our progress in a business environment.
We will then discuss strategies to overcome our lifelong beliefs and values that would cause difficulty functioning in a corporate environment very difficult.
