(b) What are the benefits of bureaucratic system of management?  In what ways can such a system be amended to cater for needs of our schools?

(ii) If you were a school leader, what strategies would you use to counter highly politicized school?

Discuss how authorities (H.O.D/rectors/Ministry of Education) could adopt an approach based more around teachers? professional development instead of one focusing on performance processes and measurement.

Question4. Critically elaborate on type of structural changes and other measures required to encourage teacher leadership and the concept of „mentoring? in our educational institutions.
