It is also a way for the team to build a closer bond with each other. Many offices will have employees scattered throughout working at their own section. This can lead to either feelings of isolation or not being part of a team. Team building is essential to keep employees engaged with each and the company, which will ultimately lead to employees working harder since they do not want to disappoint the team leaders. By building up a team's interpersonal relationships, there will be a sense of familiarity and closeness which will enhance the team's positive behavior.
