For each of the following, develop a one-week eating plan – 7 days, 3 meals/day (excluding snacks) = 21 meals. Include an explanation for your overall summary of the meal plan selected for each scenario:
1. A female who prefers a vegetarian diet
2. Someone who wants to lose weight, has low metabolism, but loves to eat sweets
3. Individual with high cholesterol and low blood pressure, otherwise healthy
4. Relatively skinny person who wants to increase muscle mass but does not eat red meat.
