Purpose:
This assessment is designed to allow students to continue to develop their research and analytical skills, applying the subject theory relating to organisational processes and technologies, to explain how and why real world organisations are managed, and how they respond to changes in the environment
Topic: Strategic Management within an organization
(The company to be studied is the National Australia Bank (NAB) - and the requirements for the report are detailed in the course outline and will be assisted by a power-point presentation to be placed in Moodle. The areas of study are, development and growth, management strategies, criticisms, environmental analysis, culture and leadership style)
Task Details: Students are to analyse the given organisation using accepted management theory to support the analysis, and develop answers to the points below into a short report.

2. There have been many criticisms of the business practices that company has pursued over the years. Describe TWO of these practices and outline the outcomes.
