Problem: HR Policies & Procedures
Use any defense organization as an example for these question and relate to Part 1, 2 and 3.
Part 1
• Briefly indicate your organizational strategic objectives.
• List key HR strategies, policies and procedures in your organization which are aligned with strategic objectives (unless there is a specific reason, common policies such as leave policies should be avoided)
Part 2
• Identify two such policies which are specific to your organization. Discuss the respective Procedures.
• Identify and briefly discuss one of the policies/procedures that is externally influenced.
• Identify and briefly discuss one of the policies/procedures that is internally influenced.
Part 3
• Discuss how your organization can respond to those external and internal influences.
