Give an example from your own workplace experience (or, if you do not have workplace experience, other experience) of low procedural justice. Which element of procedural justice was violated in this example? What were your emotional and behavioral reactions to this experience? What effect would widespread and persistent low procedural justice in an organization have on the reactions of members of the organization, and on important outcomes such as absenteeism, work performance, and turnover?
