1. Think about the components and features of employee retirement plans and assume that you are going to select a plan that is best for your company. Create an evaluation matrix that lists the features/benefits you will evaluate to compare the plans. Note any features that might be specific to an industry instead of generalizable to all US workers.
2. Refer to a standard W-4 form. Briefly discuss each of the sections that need to be completed, and select two areas that can be problematic for employees. Discuss the issues in-depth.
