As we have experienced, the Internet and its related technologies has a dramatic impact on the nature and quality of our lives. As Internet users, we have vast amounts of information literally at our fingertips. We can communicate, collaborate, and transact on a global scale in ways that were unimaginable only a few years ago. But even in a society as technologically advanced as we are, there are still a large number of those that do not have access to this technology, don't have the skills to use it or refuse to utilize technology for other reasons. As you approach this assignment, think of those affected by the Digital Divide more broadly than the traditional angle of "who has and who has not".
After reading the module notes and all supplemental materials, respond to following:
