Identify why the JoCo library exists and how it creates value for its stakeholders. Provide examples of how the library balances the needs of different stakeholder groups.

Describe the ethical standards and guidelines that apply to JoCo Library managers and employees, and how these standards and guidelines might influence the ways managers and employees make decisions about the needs and interests of the library's diverse group of stakeholders.
