Share in your post what you envision in at least 2 to 3 sentences (For example, a co-location facility, non-profit outpatient, employs includes a prescriber, nurse, and medical assistance, administrative supervisor, 2 licensed therapist, and 5 case managers to serve a variety of outpatient/medical needs, no specialty services). Secondly, Develop a plan of action: Explore ways that you can envision an integrated system with medical and mental health working together, discuss at least 3 strategies that would be essential strategies for effective and efficient client care, explain why these are important. Use one of your strategies to show the new regulations for 2024 regarding the counseling compact or The Mental Health Access Improvement Act HR 432.
Next, Develop two strategies that you think would ensure client understanding of community resources available. You need to be specific. How will the clients at your agency receive information about resources in the community and how to access them?
