Sara Bostwick hired Christian Oth, Inc., to be her wedding photographer. The parties' written contract granted ownership of the copyright in all images created to Oth. Ohh failed to do so and Bostwick sued, clamming that she had the sole and exclusive right to control her own wedding photos. Is she correct?
