Assessment details: Case Study Essay
This assessment aims to analyse the characteristics and leadership style a prominent business leader in the form of a case study. You are to select a prominent leader of a business or not-for profit-organisation that nominally has at least 50 employees and analyse how that person rose to his/her present status. Alternatively, you may choose a leader of any substantial organization. The analysis should include some or all of the following:
- Leadership theories
- The inherent characteristics of the person
- The person's contribution to the organisation/industry/society
- The context/situation which has allowed the person to rise
- Style of Leadership
- Ethics/morality of leadership
- The person's view of leadership
The analysis should be presented in an essay format with the following structure:
- Introduction
- Body of the essay with main and sub-headings
- Conclusion
APA referencing and reference list. At least 5-7 references required.
