Blue State University believes it is important to have students evaluate each course they complete. Program faculty and administrators find feedback on instructor performance and course content particularly constructive. Surveys have always allowed the respondent to be anonymous. Based on past surveys, administrators know that longer surveys will significantly decrease respondent participation. Create a short questionnaire (no more than 10 questions) that could be administered anonymously online that would provide them with information they need to offer high quality courses.
