Problem: Replies must be substantive. Once I reviewed the first two chapters I was able to pinpoint the goals that I am excited to reach. One of those objectives would be the best way to implement 'SMART' goals in my current position. I can use the outline to capitalize on my individual strengths and the strengths that others on my team possess that can be used to their fullest potential while maintaining a manageable work pace. Doing so I would love to figure out better solutions that can be applied toward the business and how to take a negative to convert it into better learning opportunities. Furthermore, I look forward to setting a clear and direct strategy to ensure effective processes are understood and that the actions of those in the organization are in line with the required goals. Overall I am curious to see what I can gain from the course as information technology has always piqued my interest with all the moving parts it has to offer.
