“Best Practices and Globalization”, which discusses how reform has grown within the public administration arena, and issues that have arisen from said growth and development, and applying these findings to Human Resource Management. I feel this article is relevant to course discussion because it first touches on the “business model”, the model that most attribute to public administration in general. This article also discusses the major differences between public and private sector business practices, which definitely defines what we as future public administrators desire to accomplish in the field, and our motivations behind such.
